About the Role

The specialist will analyze network data, investigate inconsistencies, and implement controls to prevent revenue loss. Collaboration with IT and external partners is essential to maintain compliance with regulatory and operational standards. The position requires proactive risk management and continuous improvement of fraud detection tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze network systems (CDR, SDR) to identify fraud patterns and revenue gaps
- Investigate technical inconsistencies and reconcile data for accurate risk classification
- Ensure proper recording of network activities like roaming calls and usage metrics
- Conduct trend analysis to detect potential fraud or misuse
- Maintain and enhance fraud management systems with updated business rules
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Develop customer credit policies and refine risk models
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in telecom systems and technical fraud operations
- Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in financial modeling, accounting, and analytics
- Experience with dashboards, problem-solving, and deep-dive investigations
