Essential cookies are necessary for the platform to function. They are always active and cannot be disabled through the cookie preferences panel. These include your Supabase authentication session tokens and the jobntop_cookie_prefs preference cookie.

Analytics Cookies

We currently deploy no analytics cookies. This category is reserved for future privacy-respecting analytics tooling. If added, analytics cookies will default to off and require your explicit opt-in.

Marketing Cookies

We currently deploy no marketing or advertising cookies. This category is reserved for future conversion measurement tools. If added, marketing cookies will default to off and require your explicit opt-in.

Specific Cookies Set Today

jobntop_cookie_prefs

• Purpose: Stores your cookie category preferences so the banner does not reappear.
• Duration: 1 year from your last preference update.
• Type: First-party, HTTP-accessible.
• Category: Essential.

Supabase authentication cookies

• Purpose: Maintains your authenticated session across page loads.
• Duration: Session-scoped for the access token; refresh token persists per your session configuration.
• Type: First-party, HTTP-only on production.
• Category: Essential.

Third-Party Cookies

JobnTop does not currently load any third-party scripts that set their own cookies. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising networks, or social media widgets are embedded on the platform.

If you proceed to a payment flow through Polar.sh in the future, Polar.sh may set short-lived cookies on their own domain during checkout. Those cookies are governed by Polar.sh's own policies and are outside JobnTop's control.

How to Manage Cookies

Through the JobnTop preferences panel — The cookie banner appears on your first visit. You may choose:

• Reject all — Sets only the essential preference cookie. No analytics or marketing cookies are set.
• Accept all — Enables all active cookie categories.
• Preferences — Opens a modal to toggle each non-essential category individually.

You can revisit your preferences at any time via the footer link.

Through your browser — Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies will prevent essential functions such as signing in.

Updates to This Cookie Policy

When we add new cookies or change how existing ones work, we will update this policy and advance the Effective date. If changes affect non-essential cookies, we will re-prompt you to review your preferences.
