Service Center Technician – Kuwait City

About the Role

Join a leading telecommunications provider as a Service Center Technician, where you will repair and maintain a wide range of electronic devices to keep customers connected. In this role you will apply technical expertise to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure high customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software problems on routers, smartphones, laptops, POS devices and other equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections, component replacements, and system transactions following manufacturer specifications.
• Create detailed job orders, confirm warranty coverage, and estimate repair costs for customers.
• Manage customer inquiries, appointments, and service requests across phone, email, and in‑person channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate timely repair completion and delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper handling of equipment and components.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and product developments to enhance technical skills.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics & Electrical Circuit or a related field.
• Strong technical proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Experience with L1, L2 & L3 repairs and use of diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and self‑improvement.
