About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Business Coordinator to join our team based in Mangaf, Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training platforms on a global scale, while also supporting broader office operations. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or early-career professional with strong computer skills, bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi, and a keen willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the administration of global LMS and training systems to ensure consistent delivery
- Handle general office management tasks including HR support, accounts coordination, and administrative duties
- Prepare, format, and manage documents using tools such as PDF editors, spreadsheets, and productivity software
- Support training program scheduling, tracking, and reporting across multiple regions
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with content creation, research, and workflow automation
- Serve as a communication liaison between internal teams and external training partners
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all office records and training materials
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken
- Strong working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related training platforms
- Good command of Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and general office software applications
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content generation and research tasks
- Basic understanding of HR processes and accounts administration
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior coordination or secretarial experience is a plus
