Key Responsibilities
- Oversee QA/QC processes in oil and gas projects
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with ASME, ASTM, and API standards
- Manage welding and NDT activities for steel structures
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to maintain quality standards
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Monitor project documentation for regulatory compliance
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with KOC approvals
- Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC within the oil and gas industry
- Proficiency in ASME, ASTM, and API piping and steel structure codes
- Experience with welding and non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Immediate availability to join the team
- Demonstrated track record in maintaining quality standards
