About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead our Environmental & Recovery Services division in Kuwait. This role requires full ownership of day-to-day operations and a strategic approach to optimizing processes across the region. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence while maintaining compliance with environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of environmental and recovery services across Kuwait
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and performance
- Manage and mentor operational teams to achieve departmental goals
- Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and company standards
- Optimize resource allocation and workflow processes
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality services
- Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in environmental or recovery services
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record in operational optimization and process improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
