Senior Operations Manager at Tanya Angels Foundation Kuwait

About the Role

Tanya Angels Foundation Kuwait is a mission-driven organization dedicated to designing and delivering impactful humanitarian programs that support communities with efficiency, transparency, and scale. We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to take full ownership of operational excellence across the organization. In this senior leadership role, you will define how the organization runs—leading operational planning, optimizing internal systems, and ensuring seamless coordination between teams, partners, and leadership. You will work directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment in Al Asimah, Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, and service delivery across all programs.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows, standard operating procedures, and internal systems.
• Oversee coordination between departments, field teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Manage operational planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure optimal organizational performance.
• Establish operational KPIs, track performance metrics, and provide clear, actionable reporting to senior leadership.
• Identify operational risks and implement solutions to maintain compliance, continuity, and accountability.

Required Qualifications

• 7 or more years of experience in operations management, program management, or organizational leadership.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams, workflows, and cross-functional coordination at scale.
• Strong ability to build systems, streamline processes, and solve complex operational challenges.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Experience in NGO, nonprofit, or humanitarian environments is a strong advantage.
• Proven capacity to translate strategic initiatives into structured, measurable execution plans.
