About the Role
AlterLib Learning Solutions, a leading provider of tailored learning solutions in Kuwait, is currently seeking a Senior Knowledge Operations Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management of organizational knowledge, coordination of learning content, and optimization of knowledge management processes to support the company's growth and development goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end knowledge management operations, including knowledge capture, curation, and dissemination across the organization.
- Coordinate the development, implementation, and maintenance of learning content aligned with organizational objectives and industry standards.
- Design and implement knowledge management processes to enhance information accessibility, usability, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, training, and department heads, to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and learning programs, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Lead the training and development of knowledge management staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in knowledge management and learning technologies to drive innovation within the company.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management, learning and development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing knowledge management operations and learning programs.
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, learning theories, and instructional design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business Administration, Information Technology) is preferred.
