About the Role
Autostar Mobility and Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Senior Head of Automotive Sales and Strategy based in Al Asimah, Kuwait. In this senior leadership role, you will spearhead commercial expansion initiatives, shape long-term sales performance, and drive the company's automotive business across the region. You will serve as a key strategic voice, translating market insights into actionable growth plans that strengthen brand presence and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive automotive sales strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.
- Lead commercial expansion efforts, identifying new market opportunities and revenue streams across Kuwait and the wider Gulf region.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with dealers, distributors, OEM partners, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer data to inform pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market decisions.
- Oversee and mentor high-performing sales teams, setting KPIs and driving consistent target achievement.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance departments to ensure integrated business planning.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in automotive sales, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies within the Gulf Cooperation Council automotive market.
- Strong understanding of automotive distribution channels, dealer networks, and aftersales ecosystems.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data analytics and CRM platforms to drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
