Senior Full Stack Engineer - TUIDEA Innovation Group, Kuwait

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join TUIDEA Innovation Group in Al Asimah, Kuwait. In this high-impact role, you will take ownership of core product development using JavaScript, Node.js, and React. You will work on challenging technical problems, mentor junior developers, and help shape the technical direction of our innovative products. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using JavaScript, Node.js, and React
• Take ownership of core product features from concept through deployment and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and technical debt
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy planning

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development with JavaScript, Node.js, and React
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and modern web development practices
• Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL
• Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
