About the Role

The Inter Human Rights Alliance seeks a Senior Community Outreach and Partnerships Manager to drive impactful engagement initiatives across Kuwait. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community outreach strategies to enhance public awareness of human rights issues
• Establish and maintain partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and civil society groups
• Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns targeting local populations
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach programs through data collection and feedback analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align outreach efforts with broader organizational goals
• Create culturally sensitive educational materials for community distribution

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in community outreach or partnership management, preferably in human rights or social advocacy sectors
• Deep understanding of human rights frameworks and relevant legal or policy contexts in Kuwait
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills to engage diverse audiences
• Strong project management abilities with experience coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with proficiency in digital tools for campaign management
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic, community-driven environments
• Prior experience in Kuwait or the Gulf region is highly advantageous
