Senior Business Intelligence Manager in Al Asimah Kuwait

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise business intelligence initiatives and develop scalable reporting frameworks aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee the design, development, and optimization of dashboards, KPIs, executive reports, and automated reporting systems
• Manage and mentor BI analysts and reporting specialists while supporting collaboration across technical and operational teams
• Translate large datasets into actionable business insights that support strategic planning and operational improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, automation, and performance measurement processes
• Work closely with leadership, operations, finance, and technology teams to define reporting requirements and business priorities
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, security, and integrity across reporting systems and business intelligence processes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or related fields, including leadership or team management experience
• Proven expertise in BI architecture, reporting automation, and dashboard strategy development
• Strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL-based reporting systems, and cloud analytics platforms
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for strategic decision-making
• Experience managing and mentoring analytics teams in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of data governance, security, and reporting accuracy standards
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across departments
