About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Safety & Security Officers and CCTV Operators to maintain secure environments across our facilities in Sulaibiya, Kuwait. This dual role combines safety oversight with surveillance monitoring to protect personnel, assets, and infrastructure. The ideal candidates will be vigilant, detail-oriented professionals committed to excellence in security operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce comprehensive safety and security procedures across all facility areas
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, responding promptly to security incidents and emergencies
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Operate surveillance equipment and maintain monitoring systems for optimal performance
- Prepare detailed incident reports and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies during security events
- Maintain logbooks and documentation of all security activities and observations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Mechanical Engineering, or related field for Safety Officer role
- High school diploma or equivalent for CCTV Operator position
- Fluent command of Arabic and English language skills
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in safety, security, or surveillance operations
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures, CCTV systems, and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergencies
