About the Role
Family Care Company is urgently recruiting qualified Male/Female nurses for immediate positions in Kuwait. Candidates must hold a B.Sc or GNM nursing degree, have passed the Prometric exam, and possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. This role requires transferable visa eligibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document medical histories.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control standards.
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and lifestyle adjustments.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc or GNM nursing qualification from an accredited institution.
- Valid Prometric certification and active nursing license.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on clinical experience in a reputable healthcare facility.
- Transferable 18-month visa sponsorship available.
- Proficiency in English for effective patient and team communication.
