Regional Operations Director – Kuwait

About the Role

Colespen Solutions is seeking a senior leader to drive operational excellence across Kuwait and the wider GCC. The Regional Operations Director will partner with executive management to design and execute strategies that improve performance, support expansion, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day execution of business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring workflows and resources are aligned for maximum efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans that support scalability and corporate objectives.
• Manage and mentor operational teams, department heads, and support staff, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Identify process inefficiencies, streamline procedures, and enhance systems to boost productivity and service quality.
• Monitor key performance indicators, operational metrics, and business reports to guide continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with senior leadership, external partners, and vendors to maintain standards and achieve business goals.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for various business functions.

Required Qualifications

• Proven senior‑level experience in operations management, preferably within fast‑moving markets.
• Strong strategic planning and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of delivering measurable improvements.
• Excellent leadership and people‑management skills, capable of building high‑performing teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in process optimisation, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills, both internally and with external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
