About the Role

We are seeking a Rare Disease Medical Partner based in Kuwait to lead efforts in advancing medical excellence for rare neurological conditions. This role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and industry partners, to drive innovation and improve patient outcomes. You will play a critical role in generating real-world evidence to support treatment decisions and enhance the quality of care for rare disease patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of medical strategies to improve patient outcomes in rare neurological diseases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify unmet medical needs and opportunities for innovation.
• Generate and analyze real-world evidence to support treatment decisions and inform clinical practice.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and industry partners to advance the mission of improving care for rare disease patients.
• Participate in medical education and training programs to raise awareness of rare neurological conditions and promote best practices.
• Contribute to the design and execution of clinical trials and other research studies to further our understanding of rare diseases.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as medicine, pharmacy, or public health.
• Proven experience in medical affairs, rare disease advocacy, or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in generating and analyzing real-world evidence.
• Familiarity with the Kuwaiti healthcare system and regulatory environment.
