About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Football Coach to join our team on a part-time basis in Subbah al Salem. This position focuses on youth player development within an academy environment, delivering age-appropriate training sessions that enhance technical skills and foster a love for the game. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm and expertise to help young athletes reach their full potential while maintaining a safe and positive learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured football training sessions for youth players
- Assess individual player abilities and create personalized development plans
- Organize and supervise friendly matches and small-sided games
- Maintain equipment inventory and ensure field safety standards
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding player progress
- Participate in academy events and team-building activities
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in youth football coaching, preferably in an academy setting
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate training methods
- Valid coaching certification or relevant sports education background
- Excellent communication skills with children and parents
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain one
