About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with at least 12 years of building maintenance experience to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and repairing mechanical systems in various building environments, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in buildings.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues to resolve them promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and replacements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Manage maintenance budgets and optimize resource allocation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in building maintenance, with a focus on mechanical systems.
