About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to join our team in Al-Rai, Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This role requires a creative thinker with strong digital marketing skills and the ability to drive brand awareness in the Kuwaiti market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Manage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Create compelling content for marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional activities
• Coordinate product launches and promotional events to drive sales and market penetration
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support revenue targets
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in marketing or related field
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in social media marketing strategies
• Proven track record in product promotions and brand management
• Valid transferable iqama or residency permit for Kuwait
• Ability to start work immediately upon hiring
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills preferred
