Shuwaikh is hiring motivated and detail-oriented candidates for three key positions: Interior Designer, Customer Service Representative, and AutoCAD Draftsman. Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative interior design concepts and present them to clients and management for review
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a professional and helpful tone at all times
- Create accurate technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software in accordance with project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to designs, customer interactions, and project milestones
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and reflect the company's commitment to excellence
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Relevant experience in interior design, customer service, or drafting is preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design or drafting tools is required for the draftsman role
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without constant supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach to all tasks and interactions
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a demanding setting
