About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function at Kaizen United Customer Service Company in Kuwait. This pivotal role oversees all employee-related functions including recruitment, performance management, compliance, compensation, and employee relations. You will serve as a bridge between management and staff, implementing strategies that enhance productivity and cultivate a positive work environment. The position requires an in-person presence and offers a competitive monthly salary range.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full hiring lifecycle from job posting and interviewing to onboarding new hires
• Act as the primary contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Develop and monitor performance appraisal systems to drive high performance
• Ensure company compliance with labor laws and update internal HR policies and handbooks
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and salary structures
• Identify training needs and implement professional development programs
• Advise senior leadership on talent strategy and workforce planning

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role with demonstrated leadership capabilities
• Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and talent management principles
• Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office
• Active listening and analytical skills with strong problem-solving abilities
• Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information professionally
