About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service Officer for our Front Office team at Hyatt Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient check-in, check-out, and reservation services. You will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining our reputation for hospitality excellence in Kuwait City.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Manage room reservations and provide accurate information to guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Maintain front office systems and ensure accuracy of guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor occupancy rates and revenue performance for the front office
- Respond to guest requests for information about hotel amenities and services
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Generate daily and weekly reports on front office performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel front office operations
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Native level Arabic language proficiency required
- Proficiency in English language for effective communication
- Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
