About the Role
We are looking for an experienced General Operations Manager to oversee daily delivery operations for a delivery company based in Kuwait City. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly, meeting targets, and managing teams effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily delivery operations smoothly and efficiently to meet performance targets.
- Monitor driver performance, attendance, and shift planning to ensure consistency.
- Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and riders to maintain strong operational alignment.
- Handle operational issues and provide quick, practical solutions as they arise.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain performance standards across the team.
- Ensure timely deliveries and uphold operational targets consistently.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in delivery or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of delivery management and operational processes.
- Experience handling drivers or riders and managing shift planning.
- Good communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate across teams.
- Ability to manage daily operations and solve operational issues efficiently.
- Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Good knowledge of reporting, coordination, and team management practices.
