About the Role
The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our healthcare services centre in Sharq, Kuwait. You will deliver a warm, professional welcome while handling a range of administrative duties that keep the front office running smoothly. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help people.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient flow.
- Maintain an organised front‑desk area, including supplies and documentation.
- Perform filing, data entry, and client‑record management while upholding confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing reports and other documentation as required.
- Monitor client feedback, address concerns promptly, and support service‑improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common office software.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer‑service environment preferred.
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and a positive attitude.
