About the Role
Tri East Company is seeking experienced professionals to join our Fit-Out Division, delivering high-quality retail and F&B projects across Kuwait. The team leads projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Fit-Out Projects Manager: Manage and lead fit-out projects from inception to completion; develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans; coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers; ensure project delivery within time, cost, and quality targets; oversee compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Fit-Out Project Engineer: Assist Project Manager in planning and execution of site activities; review drawings, specifications, and prepare material submittals; supervise works on site (civil, finishes, joinery, and MEP); prepare daily/weekly progress reports; ensure works meet quality standards and HSE requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Fit-Out Projects Manager: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; minimum 10 years’ fit-out experience (3–5 years in a managerial role); strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and MEP works; proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
- Fit-Out Project Engineer: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
