About the Role
The Executive Director of Academic Affairs will lead the strategic direction of all academic programs, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and relevance. This senior position reports to the Board and works closely with faculty, administrators and external partners to drive continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the academy's academic vision, policies and long‑term plans.
- Oversee curriculum design, accreditation processes and quality assurance mechanisms.
- Lead faculty recruitment, development, performance evaluation and retention strategies.
- Manage budgeting, resource allocation and infrastructure support for academic units.
- Foster partnerships with industry, professional bodies and international institutions to enhance program relevance.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Education, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in academic administration, preferably in a professional training or higher‑education setting.
- Proven track record of curriculum development, accreditation and quality improvement.
- Strong strategic planning, financial management and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
- Excellent communication in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
