About the Role

The Director of Luxury Resort Experience & Wellness Programs will lead the design, implementation, and oversight of world-class guest experiences and wellness initiatives at a premier luxury hospitality property in Kuwait. This senior leadership role is responsible for setting the vision for resort programming, ensuring exceptional service standards, and driving guest satisfaction across every touchpoint. Reporting to executive management, the Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver memorable, high-end experiences that distinguish the property in the competitive luxury hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all luxury guest experience programs, ensuring consistent delivery of five-star service standards across the resort
• Design, launch, and manage wellness initiatives including spa, fitness, mindfulness, and holistic health programming
• Lead and mentor a team of hospitality and wellness professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Coordinate with marketing and revenue teams to develop promotional strategies that drive guest engagement and program participation
• Monitor guest feedback, satisfaction metrics, and industry trends to refine and enhance the resort experience
• Manage operational budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Wellness Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, resort management, or wellness program leadership
• Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences in premium settings
• Strong knowledge of wellness industry trends, spa operations, and holistic health programming
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are considered an asset
