About the Role

G-Maestro Digital Solutions LLC is seeking a Director of Enterprise Digital Transformation Programs to lead and oversee large-scale technology initiatives across the organization. This senior leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can drive digital transformation efforts, align technology programs with business objectives, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in enterprise-level program management and a proven track record of modernizing business processes through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation and technology programs from strategy through execution
• Define and communicate the digital roadmap aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities
• Oversee program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure delivery on schedule
• Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize digital initiatives and justify investment
• Manage and mentor a team of program managers, analysts, and technical leads
• Monitor program performance using KPIs and reporting frameworks, driving continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements across all initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise digital transformation, IT program management, or technology consulting
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year programs with cross-functional stakeholder engagement
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise software ecosystems, and emerging technologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or TOGAF are preferred
• Experience working in the Middle East or GCC region is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
