About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Director of Community Outreach & Social Impact Programs to lead our mission-driven initiatives in Kuwait. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing comprehensive community engagement strategies that create meaningful social change. You will oversee program planning, coordinate with partners, and ensure effective reporting on social impact outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive community outreach and engagement programs
• Coordinate partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders
• Manage end-to-end program planning, execution, and monitoring
• Oversee program reporting and impact measurement activities
• Lead team development and capacity building initiatives
• Ensure alignment with organizational mission and social impact goals
• Represent the organization at community events and forums

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in nonprofit, community outreach, or social development sectors
• Demonstrated leadership in managing community programs and initiatives
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience in partnership development and stakeholder management
• Track record of successful program planning and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills preferred
