About the Role

Join Zain Kuwait as a Business Data Analytics Analyst and help turn raw data into actionable business intelligence. You will work alongside senior analysts to translate business needs into data solutions, developing reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs that drive operational monitoring and decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the collection and analysis of business data requirements, including business processes and logic.
• Identify appropriate data sources, systems, and tools to fulfill reporting and analytics needs.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data objects using BI platforms and solutions.
• Perform data preparation including extraction, cleaning, transformation, and integration from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
• Assist in automating operational processes, reports, and data anomaly detection while ensuring accuracy.
• Support advanced analytics initiatives including machine learning and AI model development to turn data into business value.
• Contribute to data governance efforts by maintaining metadata documentation, KPI catalogs, and data definitions.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools and data analytics platforms.
• Experience with data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and integration from multiple sources.
• Understanding of machine learning and AI concepts for analytical modeling.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and meet defined SLAs.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and metadata management practices.
