About the Role
We seek a Visual Merchandiser tuned into popular culture and creativity to bring a fresh perspective to premium retail brands at The Avenues Mall in Kuwait. You will present products to attract customers and maximize sales across window and floor environments while upholding brand standards. The role involves travel to markets and stores to stage displays, coach teams, and support new openings with graphics and visual merchandising execution. You will translate seasonal trends into compelling styling that strengthens brand identity and drives commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Display brand collections by seasonal trends and mix and match outfits in windows and in store according to company brand standards.
- Style window and in-store mannequins and torsos to promote brand styling guidelines and top-seller promotions.
- Draw designs and plans by hand or computer, deciding how to use space and lighting creatively for impact.
- Create visual merchandising packs for distribution to markets and stores to ensure consistent execution.
- Coach store colleagues and visual merchandisers on product display, mannequin dressing, and styling techniques.
- Support new store openings by placing graphics and visual merchandising displays on site.
- Provide feedback to head office and buying teams to align product presentation with commercial priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Adaptability to changes in the work environment and ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction.
- Strong creative presentation skills with an eye for color, proportion, and storytelling.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, for deck and pack creation.
- Experience translating concepts and information into clear, engaging visual formats.
- Attention to detail in implementing standards for windows, floors, and action areas.
- Comfort with travel to markets and stores to set up displays and deliver training.
- Ability to coach store teams and collaborate with head office and buying functions.
