About the Role

This position involves driving sales growth in the Hematology and Nephrology therapeutic areas within Kuwait. The successful candidate will lead a team, build strategic client relationships, and ensure market penetration for Sobi's pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for Hematology and Nephrology product lines.
  • Develop and mentor high-performing sales teams to meet organizational goals.
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with healthcare providers, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product development.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in oncology or related fields.
  • Proven track record in team leadership and account management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hematology and Nephrology therapeutic areas.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Familiarity with Kuwait's healthcare regulations and market dynamics.
