About the Role
Gulf Bank in Kuwait seeks an Assistant Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow trends.

- Analyze financial data to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Oversee budget creation and monitoring, aligning departmental spending with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and risk management teams to ensure data integrity.
- Generate ad-hoc financial analyses to support executive decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, or analysis roles, preferably in a banking or corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and financial modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial software tools.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and audit requirements in the Gulf region.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights.
