About the Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our branch banking team as Trainees at Gulf Bank in Kuwait. This entry-level position offers comprehensive exposure to retail banking operations and customer service functions. Trainees will work directly with branch staff to learn daily banking procedures, transaction processing, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with basic banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
- Learn and apply bank policies and procedures for cash handling and security protocols
- Support branch operations by maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Participate in customer service activities and cross-selling initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily branch functioning

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking systems
- Kuwaiti citizenship or valid work permit for Kuwait
- Recent graduate or up to two years of relevant experience
