About the Role
This role involves designing, implementing, and managing training programs tailored to organizational and client needs. The ideal candidate will develop curricula, coordinate delivery, and ensure alignment with industry standards. Collaboration with stakeholders and evaluation of program effectiveness are key components of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for diverse audiences, including corporate and community groups
- Design curricula based on client requirements and industry best practices
- Coordinate logistics, resources, and timelines for training sessions
- Evaluate program outcomes and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Maintain records of training activities and participant progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven experience in training program management (5+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in needs assessment and curriculum development
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Fluency in English and Arabic is advantageous
