About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. You will be responsible for driving B2B sales of IT solutions, generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the B2B segment
- Promote and sell company products, including various IT software and hardware solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT/software solutions
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must own a vehicle and possess a valid Kuwait driving license
- Transferable Visa (Article 18) required
