About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. You will be responsible for driving B2B sales of IT solutions, generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the B2B segment
  • Promote and sell company products, including various IT software and hardware solutions
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT/software solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must own a vehicle and possess a valid Kuwait driving license
  • Transferable Visa (Article 18) required
