About the Role
This role supports the procurement function by executing sourcing activities, managing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The position supports sourcing and procurement activities for telecom infrastructure, IT systems, and operational services, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders with accuracy
- Ensure accuracy of specifications, quantities, and pricing
- Track orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve issues related to delays, discrepancies, or quality concerns
- Prepare and draft contracts based on input from commercial, technology, and other departments
- Communicate with approved vendors for quotations and order confirmations
- Support in preparing RFQs/RFPs and collecting vendor responses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of contract terms and conditions
