About the Role
We are a fast‑growing start‑up in Kuwait seeking a motivated Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts. You will be responsible for building a high‑performing sales team and driving revenue for our unique, innovative product. The position begins on a part‑time basis with the potential to transition to a full‑time role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across target markets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a sales team to achieve quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within a start‑up environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team toward measurable goals.
- Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to start part‑time and adapt to a full‑time schedule as the business scales.
