About the Role

The Sales Assistant works on the shop floor of a luxury fashion boutique, delivering a high‑end customer experience and driving sales targets. You will act as the first point of contact for shoppers, helping them discover the brand’s collections and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers, providing personalized styling advice and product knowledge.

  • Process transactions accurately, handle returns, and manage cash handling procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven retail or sales experience, preferably in luxury or fashion environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
