About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations at The Avenues Mall. The successful candidate will be accountable for driving sales performance, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining premium merchandising standards. This role focuses on balancing operational excellence with the strategic growth and profitability of the boutique.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store profitability by meeting or exceeding targets for sales, conversion rates, and payroll management.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through consistent coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a strong presence on the selling floor and supporting all sales functions.
- Implement and maintain strict visual merchandising standards and directives to ensure a premium brand image.
- Manage store operations including inventory control, loss prevention measures, and stockroom organization.
- Conduct weekly staff meetings and daily briefings to communicate company goals, strategies, and performance targets.
- Oversee the recruitment and retention of quality management and associates to ensure effective succession planning.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager within a high-end retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing staff and improving team performance.
- Deep understanding of retail KPIs, including shrink control, conversion, and average transaction value.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively lead a diverse team and interact with luxury clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to execute complex visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store aesthetics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory movements and operational compliance.
