Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and task delegation
- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high service standards and team cohesion
- Monitor financial performance and implement measures to increase profitability
- Address operational challenges promptly in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to optimize resources and service quality
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
- Certifications in Food Safety (e.g., HACCP) or local health permits
- Minimum 5 years of experience in upscale restaurants within the GCC region
- 2+ years of managerial experience leading floor operations
- Proven leadership in team management and customer service excellence
- Expertise in inventory management and cost control systems
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (mandatory for communication)
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining composure
