About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Regulatory Affairs Officer to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance and ensuring effective distribution of FMCG products in accordance with regulatory guidelines and standards. This role involves implementing divisional policies, maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, and serving as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory legislation including Ministry of Health, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, and Public Authority for Food and Nutrition requirements
- Prepare and submit accurate regulatory forms and documentation to authorities in a timely manner
- Maintain updated licenses, permits, and registrations with timely renewals
- Monitor and track progress of regulatory submissions, inspections, and approvals
- Stay current with evolving regulatory landscape and changes in regulations and standards
- Address and resolve complaints related to regulatory matters
- Maintain accurate regulatory documentation, records, and files
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of regulatory affairs experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait regulatory environment and compliance requirements
- Experience with regulatory submissions, documentation, and approval processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder interactions
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
