About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Al Kuwait. The role focuses on the full lifecycle of power transformer production, from raw material handling to final testing. You will work closely with design, quality and maintenance departments to ensure efficient, safe and high‑quality output.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee coil winding, core assembly and vacuum impregnation processes to meet technical specifications.
- Monitor production schedules, identify bottlenecks and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of components.
- Conduct in‑process inspections and support final testing and certification of transformers.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports and compliance documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in power transformer manufacturing or related heavy‑industry production.
- Strong knowledge of coil winding techniques, insulation materials and assembly standards.
- Proficiency with PLC‑controlled equipment and familiarity with industry safety standards (e.g., IEC, OSHA).
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication and teamwork skills.
