About the Role
As a Network Operations Engineer you will deliver maintenance and on‑site support for campus, wireless and branch networks. Your day‑to‑day work will include L1 support, troubleshooting, and ensuring continuous network availability during and after business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for campus, wireless and branch network infrastructures.
- Assess, implement and document network change requests.
- Administer routing and switching across multiple vendor platforms.
- Optimize network performance and enforce security best practices.
- Participate in network design workshops and decision‑making processes.
- Collaborate with other IT and functional teams to support overall IT operations.
- Analyze and diagnose complex networking issues, building simulated environments when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in routing, switching and network troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of campus, wireless and branch network architectures.
- Ability to work independently and in a team across multiple time zones.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to network optimization.
- Familiarity with industry best practices for network security and performance monitoring.
