About the Role
We seek a disciplined manual driver for minibus and van operations across Kuwait, supporting daily transport and logistics with reliability and care. You will manage scheduled routes, vehicle checks, and safe passenger or cargo handling under long shifts in varied conditions. This role requires proven experience, full attentiveness, and strict adherence to local driving standards and safety practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned minibuses and vans on planned routes while maintaining punctuality and smooth driving.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting defects or maintenance needs promptly.
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort or secure cargo during transit, following all protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic order inside vehicles and manage fuel and toll records accurately.
- Adapt to changing schedules and traffic conditions while complying with Kuwait traffic regulations.
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers and clients to confirm pickups, drop-offs, and timing.
- Support ad hoc deliveries or staff transport requests with flexibility and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Kuwait driving license appropriate for minibus and van categories with a clean record.
- Documented experience operating similar vehicles in commercial or institutional settings.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait road networks, traffic rules, and safe driving techniques.
- Physical fitness and ability to manage long shifts, including 12-hour working hours.
- Good command of basic English and clarity in following instructions and logs.
- Responsible attitude, reliability, and commitment to safety and service standards.
- No serious traffic violations and readiness for background or reference checks.
