This role requires a systems architect with deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of legal processes to design and optimize solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable LegalTech systems and platforms
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT teams to define requirements and solutions
- Integrate AI, automation, and data analytics into legal workflows
- Ensure systems meet regulatory, security, and data protection standards
- Oversee system architecture, infrastructure, and integration with existing platforms
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in LegalTech or compliance-driven industries
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and ERP/CRM systems
- Experience with AI, machine learning, and automation tools in legal or compliance contexts
- Familiarity with legal processes, document management, and e-discovery systems
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
