About the Role
As a leading infrastructure and technology solutions provider in Kuwait, ByAgro Infra specializes in delivering secure, scalable, and future-ready IT systems to support industries with innovative solutions that drive efficiency and sustainability. The IT Infrastructure Specialist will manage and maintain enterprise servers, networks, and storage solutions while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards and industry regulations. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with organizational objectives and business goals. The position supports cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and involves troubleshooting system issues, providing technical support to end-users, and documenting infrastructure processes to maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, and storage systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Oversee infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and integrations to enhance system capabilities and security.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and industry standards through proactive monitoring and policy implementation.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency, including automation and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to align infrastructure with organizational goals and support strategic initiatives.
- Support cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) by managing deployments, configurations, and ongoing maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to end-users, resolving problems promptly to minimize downtime.
- Document infrastructure processes, configurations, and changes to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with firewalls, routers, switches, storage solutions, and system monitoring tools.
- Proficiency in automation and analytical skills for troubleshooting and optimization.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with fluency in English (Arabic a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
