About the Role
This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions that facilitate seamless data exchange between enterprise systems. The Integration Developer will work extensively with APIs, middleware, and ESB platforms to implement and optimize integration logic, ensuring secure and reliable communication across systems. Collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders is critical to align solutions with business objectives and industry standards. The position also emphasizes documentation, testing, and proactive monitoring to uphold system performance and compliance with internal and external frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integration workflows using APIs, ESB, and middleware platforms
- Ensure accurate and secure data exchange through mapping, transformation, and routing logic
- Collaborate with architects, team leads, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements
- Implement solutions aligned with internal architecture guidelines and industry standards
- Troubleshoot integration issues in coordination with support and vendor teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation for designs, mappings, and configurations
- Conduct integration testing, validate systems, and support go-live deployments
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in API integration, ESB, and middleware technologies
- Experience with data transformation (XML, JSON) and scripting (Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and process mapping methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for integration challenges
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation and maintain compliance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies
