About the Role
We are seeking an Executive for PMO Coordination to join our dynamic team at Ooredoo Kuwait. This role supports the Project Manager in overseeing projects across the Project Management Office, ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and delivery. You will coordinate project activities, maintain stakeholder relationships, and prepare comprehensive progress reports. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to Kuwait's leading telecommunications provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans from initiation to delivery, including schedules and milestones
- Coordinate, expedite, and report on major project activities across the PMO
- Assign activities to stakeholders through Siebel system and export PMO queue data
- Maintain records of client communications and correspondence for reference
- Prepare weekly and monthly consolidated progress reports on project status
- Monitor resource utilization and ensure effective allocation across projects
- Manage handover documentation and filing for PMO projects
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in telecommunications
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good knowledge of telecommunications products and services
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
