About the Role
Star-Assist Tech is a leading technology solutions provider specializing in ERP systems and digital transformation. Based in Kuwait City, we deliver tailored ERP implementations to help organizations streamline operations and achieve sustainable growth. The ERP Implementation Consultant will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring seamless system configuration, user adoption, and alignment with business objectives through close collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ERP implementation projects across industries, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support
- Conduct requirements analysis to translate business needs into functional ERP solutions
- Configure ERP modules and integrate systems with existing IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, HR, and operations
- Deliver user training and provide ongoing support for system adoption
- Monitor project timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare documentation, reports, and post-implementation evaluations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of ERP implementation experience with platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Deep expertise in ERP modules including finance, HR, supply chain, and manufacturing
- Proficiency in SQL, data migration, and system integration techniques
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
